Where is the event taking place? 

The event will take place at the HARIBO Factory Castleford, Whitwood Common Ln, Castleford WF10 5GT

 

What time is the event? 

Gates for our event will open at 12.00pm and will finish at 3.00pm.

 

Who can I bring? 

Each colleague can bring 3 guests with them to the day, friends, or family, young or young at heart! If your immediate family means you require more than the allocated tickets, don't worry, you can select to bring 1 additional adult and all your children to the event instead of choosing 3 adult tickets, just follow the prompts on the registration page. 

Unfortunately, due to Health & Safety reasons we cannot allow furry family members into the event, unless they are support animals. 

 

What's happening?

The afternoon will be jam packed with exciting activities, fun games and happy fest entertainment for you to enjoy. A perfect time for you to share moments of Childlike Happiness with your colleagues, friends and family. 

 

What do I need to bring?

Refreshments and food such as bbq, pizzas and mexican burrito bowls will be provided at the event. You are also welcome to bring your own picnics.

For sunny weather - pack your sun cream, sunnies and lots of drinks, and for 'not so sunny' weather - a raincoat and a pair of wellies is recommended! 

Please refrain from bringing any alcoholic drinks to the event.

 

Sounds great! How do I book? 

Follow the registration button in the top right to register for your tickets. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a QR code for your entry. You will need this confirmation email to enter the fun day so please remember to save this on your phone or print your tickets and have it readily available upon your arrival.

We recommend printing your tickets upon completion in case you cannot access a smart phone on the day of the event.
